1, long-term storage of valves, should be regularly checked, the exposed processing surface must be kept clean, clean dirt, stored at both ends of the ball valve should be blocked and in the open state, gate valve, globe valve, check valve, both ends of the channel should be blocked and in the closed state, neatly stored in a ventilated and dry place, strictly prohibited pile or open storage.

2, before installation, we must carefully check the pressure of the valve mark, whether the diameter meets the requirements of use, clean up the shortcomings caused by the transportation process, and clean up the dirt of the valve parts.

3. When installing, the valve can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection mode. In general, it can be installed in any position of the pipeline, but it needs to be easy to operate the maintenance. Pay attention to the medium flow of the globe valve should be upstream below the longitudinal valve disc, and the lifting check valve can only be installed horizontally.

4, ball valve, globe valve, gate valve, only for fully open or fully closed, not allowed to adjust the flow, so as to avoid the sealing surface erosion, accelerated wear. There are reverse seals in gate valve and upper thread globe valve

Device, the handwheel rotates to a certain position and is tightened to prevent the leakage of the medium from the packing place.

5, ball valve, globe valve, gate valve open and close the application of hand wheel, do not use leverage or other tools, so as to avoid damage to the valve. The hand wheel turns clockwise to close, and vice versa to open.

6. The bolts of the packing gland should be tightened evenly and should not be pressed into a crooked state, so as not to hurt and hinder the movement of the valve stem or cause leakage. 7, the valve in the process of use, should often keep clean, the drive thread must be regularly lubricated, found fault, should immediately stop use, find out the cause of the fault.
